Getting StartedCreating your account

Creating your account

Setting up takes a couple of minutes. The steps are the same for everyone. What changes is the role you pick, which decides the dashboard you land on.

Open the sign-up page

Go to teamlilit.com  and choose Get started, or open the sign-up page directly.

Choose how you will use Teamlilit

Register as a student if you take lessons, or as a teacher if you give them. Teaching businesses with more than one tutor should register as a teacher and then set up an academy, which is covered in Getting started as an academy.

If the sign-up page offers Google or Microsoft, you can use one of those instead of setting a password. You still pick your role straight afterwards.

Verify your email

We send a verification link to the address you signed up with. Open it to confirm the address. If nothing arrives within a minute, check your spam folder and request a new link from the verification screen.

Fill in your profile

Add your name, a profile photo, and your timezone. The timezone matters more than it looks: every lesson time in Teamlilit is shown to each person in their own timezone, and that conversion starts from this setting.

Teaching? Also add a short bio and the subjects you teach. Both appear on your public booking page.

Sign in and start

You land on your dashboard. Students can book and join lessons from here; teachers can create their first one.

Signing in later

Use your email and password, or the same Google or Microsoft account you signed up with.

Forgotten your password? Choose Forgot password and we email you a reset link.

Invited by a teacher or an academy? Open the invitation link from that email rather than signing up from scratch. It connects your new account to their class or organisation automatically.

Your 14 day trial

New teaching accounts start on a 14 day free trial with no card required. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan, and you can see how many days are left on your billing page.
