Leads and enquiries

Not everyone who contacts you books straight away. Leads is where the people who are still deciding live, so they do not sit unanswered in an inbox.

Where a lead comes from

  • Someone fills in the enquiry form on your public booking page.
  • You add one yourself with Add lead, after a conversation at the school gate or a message on your phone.

The pipeline

Leads move through six stages: new, contacted, trial booked, trial done, enrolled, lost. Drag a card to the stage it belongs in.

The counts at the top show the total, how many enrolled, how many were lost, and your conversion rate. That last number is the honest answer to “is my booking page working”.

Add or receive the lead

An enquiry from your page arrives as new, with the name, contact details, subject of interest and their message.

Reply, and move it to contacted

Moving the card is what stops you wondering next week whether you replied.

Book a trial

Move it to trial booked, and to trial done once it has happened.

Convert

When they commit, choose Convert. If they already have a Teamlilit account they are linked and added to your student pool. If not, they are sent an invitation.

Move leads to lost rather than deleting them. Your conversion rate is only meaningful if the people who said no are still counted, and a parent who said no in March sometimes says yes in September.
