Add-ons and extras
When you need more of one thing, add that one thing. It is usually cheaper than moving up a whole plan for a limit you meet once a month.
Add-ons are bought from your Billing page and stack on top of your current plan.
What you can add

| Extra storage | Recordings and shared files have filled your allowance. |
| Extra room | You need a second lesson running at the same time as another. |
| Staff seat | You are adding a tutor to your academy. |
| AI credits | You use AI summaries more than your plan includes. |
| Unlimited recording retention | You want recordings kept beyond the 30 or 90 days your plan holds them. |
Some add-ons are only available on certain plans. Staff seats belong to Academy, and the recording ones need a plan that records at all.
Add-ons are additive. Buying two storage add-ons gives you twice the extra space, and removing one puts you back where you were.
