Shared curriculum

If each tutor builds their own subjects and programs, two students on the same course get two different courses. Setting them up at academy level stops that.

Subjects and programs

  • Subjects are the categories the academy teaches in. See Subjects.
  • Programs are the structure: the recurring series, the order of topics, the files that go with them. See Programs and series.
The Programs list

Tutors then pick from what exists rather than inventing their own, and a new tutor is productive on day one because the course is already written down.

Rolling out a syllabus you already have? Import a program instead of building it screen by screen. It is the fastest way to get a new cohort running.
